We are Indoor Environment Specialists. From controlling pollutants in carpet, upholstery, and other textiles to removing Tobacco, Marijuana, Pet odors and other harmful contaminants from your home is vital to improving the health and prosperity of our community.

I am Jeffrey Bouchee President of Lake State Carpet Cleaning. I live and work in the best community in America (The Chisago Lakes Area). I pride myself to be an active member of The Chisago Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and other local community organizations.

I have dedicated my life to improving your indoor environment. I believe that i can change the image of what a professional Cleaning/Restoration Company is and should be. We Adhere to the IICRC Code of ethics as a baseline for your trust and always try to exceed every customers' expectations!

 

We believe strongly that education is a continuous endeavor. I am not only an educator to our customers and co-workers, but I am always learning myself.

Rest Assured If ever you have an issue with our service here is our complaint procedure in writing.

Complaint Procedure:

Complaint Procedure
1)Upon receipt of a customer complaint, Lake State Carpet Cleaning must contact the customer within two (2) business days, if possible, to:
A: Determine the nature of the complaint (i.e. administrative, procedural, or technical)
B: Determine the extent and legitimacy of the complaint.

C: Provide the consumer with IICRC contact information
2)Upon determination that the complaint is administrative or procedural in nature, a representative of the Certified Firm will attempt to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution of the situation, with the customer.  If this cannot be accomplished, the Certified Firm will send written notification of the complaint, along with documentation of all attempts at mediation, to IICRC Headquarters, for review and possible action by the IICRC Certified Firm and Registrant Complaint Committee
3)Upon determination that the complaint is either technical in nature, or relates to physical property of the consumer, a representative of the Certified Firm will attempt to schedule an appointment for inspection and/or re-service to the areas or items in question. If this cannot be accomplished, or if the service is unsuccessful, the Certified Firm will attempt to arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution of the situation, with the consumer. If this cannot be accomplished, the Certified Firm will send written notification of the complaint, along with documentation of all attempts at mediation, to IICRC Headquarters, for review and possible action by the IICRC Certified Firm and Registrant Complaint Committee.
